
As the Owner’s Representative, we manage the project from design through construction and completion. We coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities having jurisdiction to ensure the project meets the owner’s budget, schedule, and quality expectations. We act as the owner’s main point of contact and provide regular project updates, cost reports, and schedule reviews throughout the project.We assist the Owner in selecting the most suitable General Contractor for the project through a structured tendering and evaluation process. This includes preparation of tender documents, inviting qualified contractors, reviewing bids, analyzing pricing, interviewing contractors, and providing recommendations to the Owner to ensure the project is awarded to the most qualified and cost-effective contractor.
