Renovations & Tenant Improvements management

We manage renovation and tenant improvement projects from planning to completion. Our services include budgeting, scheduling, coordination with consultants and contractors, permit coordination, and construction management to ensure renovation projects are completed efficiently and with minimal disruption to existing operations.

Our team works in accordance with the latest British Columbia Building Code (BCBC) and municipal requirements. We also assist clients with change of occupancy / change of use projects, such as converting spaces from office to retail, retail to restaurant, warehouse to office, or other occupancy reclassifications (for example Group A, B, C, D, E, and F occupancies). These types of projects often require building permit drawings, code review, life safety review, and coordination with structural, mechanical, and electrical consultants. We coordinate the required drawings, permits, and construction work to ensure the space meets current code, fire safety, accessibility, and building requirements.

We work with owners, tenants, and property managers to complete tenant improvements and renovations in commercial, residential, and institutional buildings, including offices, retail units, restaurants, multi-family buildings, and existing commercial spaces.
