We provide post-construction cleaning and turnover cleaning services to prepare residential, commercial, and multi-unit buildings for occupancy. Our services are completed after construction is substantially complete and prior to handover to owners, tenants, or property management.

Our post-construction cleaning includes removal of construction dust from all surfaces, including walls, ceilings, window frames, and mechanical diffusers. We clean interior and exterior windows, window tracks, floors, baseboards, doors, frames, cabinets (inside and outside), countertops, and fixtures. Bathrooms and kitchens are fully cleaned and sanitized, including sinks, faucets, toilets, showers, appliances, and cabinets.
